Turkish PM urges women to have at least three kids

 

Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan urged women on Friday to give birth to at least three kids in order to keep the population young.

"We have to keep our young generation. The basic element of an economy is human being. They want to root out the Turkish nation. This is exactly what they do. You should have at least three kids in order to prevent our young generation to be reduced" Erdogan told in a conference.

The conference was held in western city Usak for March 8 Women's Day.
