In this episode of Turkish-American Hour, Mrs. Aksu talks about her story which started in one of the most well-known television channels; CNN and then had to pause for a while as she became a mom and then resumed when she started back her career as the producer and the editor of the magazine "Modern Mom". According to Aksu, women have to stop living their social lives after they become a mom. They are having hard times trying to find what is best and also right for their children. Aksu, who also had the same experiences for a while, tells that she decided to get over this situation by the help of her experience in the media world.  She explains that they try to help modern moms not only by reaching them by the magazine but also with the website that they update quite often and with the monthly meetings they held that bring a new way of understanding to magazine printing.
