GLOBAL WELL-BEING and the MEDIA

This special program will explore outreach and innovative initiatives for
using the news media and newer information and communication technology
(ICT), such as the Internet, community telecenters and virtual communities
such as Second Life, for supporting psychosocial well-being and human
rights
and promoting recovery and resilience in the wake of disaster, violence,
war, illness.
